I just wanted to thank you for the good work you did in completing my order. With your help I was able to negotiate the minefield out there with bankrupt companies, high pressure salesmen trying to sell you something you don't want, 35% markups, etc.,etc.,etc.. Acquiring the necessary number of scarce coins I needed in the time allotted was no mean feat. There were times I thought it couldn't be done but finding those first strike jobs was a master stroke. I have been a customer of PFG Precious Metals for over a year now. The team I deal with at PFG's Precious Metals department are Peter, Tom and Ben who have consistently been extremely professional and friendly making it a pleasure to deal with each of them.

What makes them so special is their warmth and friendly personal service giving me more than sufficient time and attention to come to an unrushed decision, plus I am educated on nearly every call. I've found other precious metal firms wanting to get off the phone as soon as possible. Being an attorney, I really appreciate PFG's refreshingly friendly and open way of doing business.

PFG's acquiescence to my rather idiosyncratic shipping requests have always been handled with a "can do" spirit which I thoroughly appreciate. By comparison, most other dealers are totally inflexible in their shipping options.

From the personal attention and advice from Peter and Tom on the trading floor to Ben in the transaction implementation and shipping department, I have always been treated like a prized customer even though they sell tons of precious metals to other individual investors while I only purchase a few beautiful American Eagle coins from time to time. Also, PFG always has a wide inventory of coins from around the world in their warehouse (although I prefer their beautiful American Eagle fractional's--which are hard to find.)

I only wish I listened to my good friend, whose brother-in-law is a currency trader and had recommended Peter, Ben and Tom at PFG to me years ago. Back then I preferred to trade stocks representing precious metals. But I sleep much better these now knowing I have the real thing in my safety deposit box rather than just another piece of paper in my stock market portfolio!
